QR Code Link to This Post I have a 48x76 Steel Building with 18' side walls ( and 14' front overhang which is just continuation of roof) that needs install on foundation I'm pouring this week. We are a construction company with too many customer jobs going on and we do not have time put up our own buildings right now. If this goes well, we have more in next several months that we ll be doing which you would get first shot at. If costs come in too high then we ll wait until our schedule allows but if we can get it installed within a reasonable amount over our cost then we would do it now.

Steel "Truss Style " Main Beams and all Perlings are Lumber! Not steel. 2x10 on edge for roof. Up against pre welded plates. 2x6 on edge for side walls.
All material /hardware will be supplied. We have power on site and use of our JLG450aj ManLift for 2-3 days will be included. This is a 500lb basket capacity. Not a crane.
Scope Of Work to include:
Install entire building incl wall beams, steel roof Truss and all lumber perlings. Install roof sheeting (4/12 pitch) and wall sheeting. Install trim around doors. Install windows and pedestrian doors. NO INSULATION, No Electrical , No overhead Doors. We will do this part once your part of building is completed.
Actual plans will be on site. Building dept inspections are paid by owner, you would need schedule with us. Hi Res Photo of actual plans included in ad. Zoom in for details.
Email your bid and if you have insurance please let us know because this would help your bid. Keep in mind this is CASH job and Not Retail.
Please bid if interested and available to start right away with experienced man power. Would like to start work around 12-7-17 and completion by no later than 12-21-17 allowing a few days of bad weather in this time frame. If you need more time, include that in your email. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE ! This isn't a 2 man job. It's a one week job with a well organized crew of 4 guys with skill and a smart laborer. We have light tower if you want work past 5pm as well.
The goal of this ad is to have a very good idea of what you can do at what price range without having to spend time on phone because time is very limited.
